Sarah addressed this ~30s ago: headcount is holding flat through year-end, not a freeze. Contractor load is coming down, not full-time roles.

The problem

Live events still run
on 1990s Q&A tools.

The audience types questions into a box. A moderator picks favourites. The speaker answers three. Everyone else is ignored. The room leaves with more questions than it arrived with.

01 Filtered

Only the loud get heard.

Upvotes reward confidence, not curiosity. The quiet 80% of your audience never sees their question surface.

02 Repeated

The speaker already answered.

Half the questions in the queue were resolved on stage ten minutes ago. The moderator is too busy to notice.

03 Abandoned

The long tail never ships.

You promise to "follow up." The spreadsheet grows. The follow-ups don't. Trust decays one unanswered question at a time.

04 Expensive

Enterprise pricing. Mediocre product.

Per-seat licences. Feature paywalls. "Contact sales" for a Q&A widget. You deserve better tools.

The Auto-Answer Loop

Context in.
Answers out.

Three components, one closed loop. This is what makes ReactLive different from every Q&A chat widget that came before it.

01 Context

Capture everything that matters.

Point ReactLive at a live speaker, a set of documents, a podcast back catalogue, or all three. Audio gets transcribed by Whisper-class speech-to-text in over 100 languages. Documents get parsed. Everything becomes timestamped, cited, structured context the rest of the loop can reason over — not a blob, a graph.

02 Match

Question meets context in under a second.

Every incoming question is embedded and compared against your context graph — whether that's a rolling transcript, a document set, or a back catalogue. If match confidence clears the threshold you set, ReactLive drafts an answer grounded in the exact source. If it doesn't, the question queues for the moderator — ranked by relevance, not upvotes.

03 Answer

On your terms. In your voice.

A single SOUL.md file defines how ReactLive speaks on your behalf — tone, red lines, escalation rules, voice. No prompt engineering, no black box. Moderators can override, edit, or withhold any auto-answer before it ships.

Beyond answers

The other jobs
your engagement lead does.

Answering questions is one job. A great audience engagement lead does three more — every minute of every event.

Live

Reads the room.

Sentiment tracked across every question, reaction, and poll response. When the mood shifts — confusion, frustration, excitement — your moderator sees it before the chat does.

Proactive

Surfaces the right poll.

Drafts polls from what's being said on stage and what your audience is asking about. One-click approval from the moderator, then live in the room.

Timely

Pushes the right nudge.

When the speaker mentions a link, a deadline, or a session that's about to start — ReactLive drafts the announcement and sends it to the whole room the moment it's relevant.

All four jobs run in parallel, all event long. Your moderator approves, edits, or overrides anything ReactLive proposes — the AI drafts, the human decides.

FAQ

Questions
worth asking.

Can't find what you're looking for? Ask us directly.

01What is ReactLive? +
ReactLive is an AI-native event platform built around context. Point it at a live speaker, a document set, a podcast back catalogue, or any combination — it combines Q&A, polls, reactions, and a live transcript into one experience, then uses the Auto-Answer Loop to answer audience questions the moment the material covers them. It's the modern replacement for tools like Slido.
02How does the Auto-Answer Loop work? +
Three stages. (1) We capture your context — live audio transcribed in real time, documents parsed, back catalogues indexed. (2) We embed each audience question and compare it to that context graph. (3) If match confidence clears your threshold (default 85%), we draft an answer grounded in the exact source and ship it to the questioner — moderator-reviewable before it goes out. Everything under threshold goes into a ranked queue.
03What's a SOUL.md file? +
It's a single markdown file that defines how ReactLive speaks on your behalf — tone, vocabulary, hard red lines, escalation rules. Think of it as the constitution for your AI moderator. Edit it like any other config, version it in git, ship updates between events. No prompt engineering required.
04Can I use it without AI? +
Yes, partially. You can turn off any of the AI jobs individually — auto-answers, sentiment tracking, poll suggestions, announcement drafts — per event or permanently. With everything off, ReactLive becomes a clean, fast Q&A + polls + reactions platform with a live transcript and moderation tools. You can flip them back on for a single event to see what happens.
05What about the MCP connector? +
ReactLive is callable from any MCP-compatible AI client — Claude, Cursor, your own agent stack. Build workflows that create events, pull transcripts, analyse sentiment, or post summaries without leaving your AI tool of choice. Availability is confirmed for waitlist members ahead of launch.
06What about our data? +
Transcripts and questions are yours. We don't train models on your event content. You control retention — from one event to forever. Enterprise plans add SSO, audit logging, and regional data residency.
07When can I try it? +
Now, in beta. Early-access cohorts get a direct line to the team and help shape the roadmap. Join the waitlist below — we're onboarding a few groups every week.
